What does the ticket include?
Does the ticket price include all the shows & attractions?
All ticket types also include admission to the park, 7% government tax (VAT) and admission to Tiger Jungle Adventure. In addition, there are many free street and stage shows, parades and live band performances throughout the night. Some activities such as Elephant Rides will have an additional cost.
Is there any group discount?
The prices that we offer are standard prices for all guests. We regret we do not offer any group discount.
Is it cheaper to book via internet than to buy at the park ticketing office?
Phuket FantaSea adheres to a one-price policy. All prices offered on the internet, by agents or at our ticketing office, are generally the same. Please click here to learn more about our policy.
I have been offered discounted prices by my travel agents, are they valid?
All our official agents are contractually obligated to sell our tickets at the same prices. Failure to adhere to our one-price policy would result in the termination of that contract. Vouchers bought at an unauthorized discount are invalid and as such, Phuket FantaSea reserves the right to reject the use of such vouchers without refund nor compensation.
Is the ticket refundable? Changeable?
We regret tickets already issued are neither refundable nor changeable.
Can I prepay for someone’s reservation (as a surprise gift)?
Yes, tickets may be issued in advance if the full amount is prepaid. It is also possible to confirm a reservation without coming to the park for ticket collection by prepaying the total amount, in which case, the reservation must be made under the name of, and the reservation code given to, the visiting guest. Reservations paid in full in advance will not be subject to cancellation by default.
Can I enter the park before making decision to buy the show or buffet tickets?
Park admission fee is included in all ticket types and only ticket holders are able to enter the park. We regret we do not offer “Park Only” tickets.
I have visited Phuket FantaSea before. Can I just enter the park without seeing the show or dining at the buffet?
Can I enter the park for shopping only?
Inside the park are a variety of street shows, parades, activities as well as souvenir and novelty shops that are exclusively provided for the enjoyment of all our guests (ticket holders) only. We regret that only ticket holders may enter the park.
What time should I arrive at the Park?
To allow time to visit all our attractions, for 9 pm and 7:30 pm show (Show Only or Show with Buffet Dinner regardless), the recommended arrival time is 18:30. For other show times, please arrive at least 1 hour before show time.
Do I need to make any advance reservation?
Yes. A reservation is highly recommended as good seats in the theater are constantly in demand. Our seats are assigned by a computerized seat allocation system on a best available basis.
Why can I not choose my own seats?
To ensure that our guests are assigned the best seat possible, all reservations are queued on
a first-come-first-serve basis and seats will only be assigned by a computerized seat allocation
system on day of show.
What information is required when making reservation?
To make a reservation, we will require the following information.
1) Your name
2) Ticket type (Show with Buffet Dinner or Show Only)
3) No. of guests (Adult or Child)
4) Date
5) Theater Seat type (Standard or Gold) and/or Seafood Buffet upgrade
6) Hotel name (if transportation is required)
Can I make reservation via email or fax?
Reservations may be made via phone, email, fax or social media by providing us with all the required information as stated above. Alternatively, our online reservation service provides the most convenient way of making reservations and can be accessed via our website at phuket-fantaSea.com
Do I need to pay for the tickets when making reservation?
With the exception of online reservation, payment is not required when making a reservation. However, tickets must be collected at least 1 hour prior to show time or the reservation is subject to cancellation. If desired, reservation may be paid in advanced and will not be subject to cancellation by default.
Can I change details of my reservation?
All details can be changed as long as tickets have not been issued.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Please inform us of your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, 50% cancellation fee shall be incurred. Bank charges, if any, shall be the responsibility of the guest. No refund shall be given if guests fail to show up due to any reason (“no show”).
I have already reserved and paid for the tickets with my agent.
Can I call to make changes to my reservation myself?
Yes. However, before any changes can be made to a reservation, our reservationist will require the correct name and reservation code for proper verification.
Will guests who book together or under the same booking voucher be seated together?
Yes, it is our policy to seat those guests who book together next to one another or as close as possible. Should you wish to be seated close to another guest who did not book together with you, please contact our Ticketing Office who may be able to assist you further on your special request. Similarly, please advise us on other special requirements, such as guests with disabilities or visual impairment, and our ticketing officers will do their best to try to accommodate your wishes.
How do we go to your park?
Phuket FantaSea is located on Kamala Beach, approximately 10 km north of Patong Beach (Phuket’s most well-known beach). Transportation in the form of Tuk Tuk (Taxi) is available on the island. For your comfort and safety, we recommend professional hotel transportation or our FantaSea van transfer service.
Can I choose my pick-up time if I use your transfer service?
Our FantaSea transfer service is non private and runs on a fixed schedule. Should you wish to choose your own pick-up time, we suggest that you select our private van service. (There is a surcharge for private transfer).
I do not wish to share my van with other guests. Is it possible?
Private transfer service is available (additional charge applies). Please contact our ticketing/ reservation office for price and availability.
Is it advisable to take a taxi to your park?
It is generally safe to take a taxi around the island. However, as in any country, caution is advised, especially for tourists.
Is it possible to take a taxi back from your park?
A taxi (tuk tuk) station is available at the front of the park.
Can I be picked up at my hotel and returned to another hotel/destination?
Yes, but please be sure to board the right van at the right station. We charge a fixed rate to any hotel on the island so there will not be any surcharge.
Can you pick me up from some other place other than a hotel?
We regret our FantaSea transfer service is restricted by law to routes between hotels and Phuket FantaSea Park only.
I did not book my transportation and wish to come with a FantaSea van. Can I just “hop on”?
It is advisable to book your transportation in advance to avoid disappointment. It is possible to “hop on” provided that seats on the van are still available. Please check with our chauffeur who will be able to provide assistance to you on site.
I wish to come to Phuket FantaSea straight from the Airport. Can I be picked up from the airport?
Although our transportation service generally does not cover airport transfer, it is our policy and commitment to entertain any special requests that our guests might have, as much as possible. Please contact us so that further assistance can be extended.
Do you offer vehicle transportation service? How much? How do I make the arrangement?

Can I arrange for airport – hotel transfer with FantaSea van service?
Regrettably, we provide transportation between hotels and Phuket FantaSea only.

Is there any ride in Phuket FantaSea?
Phuket FantaSea is a nighttime cultural theme park that features numerous unique attractions carrying a Thai cultural theme. We do not feature any type of rides as may be found in more conventional theme parks.
Is the park suitable for young infants/elderly/people with disabilities?
Definitely Yes! The park can be enjoyed by guests of all ages. There are also facilities that cater for the elderly as well as the disabled.
Can my pet be admitted into the park?
We regret that, for the safety of all our guests and our own animals in the park, pets are strictly prohibited inside our park. A pet suite, located at the entrance of the Park, is available to provide temporary shelter for pets during your visit.
Can I use the internet inside the park?
Wireless high speed internet (WiFi) is available at our FantaSea Carnival Club, located outside of the Park. Should you need to use the internet while visiting Phuket FantaSea, please contact any of our staff members who will be able to provide assistance to you.
Can I make international phone call / fax inside the park?
There are local and international phone booths located throughout the Park. For facsimile service, please contact our staff members for assistance.
Do you have a business center inside the park?
Our FantaSea Carnival Club provides various facilities such as wireless high speed internet, facsimile, shower room, TV and projection room as well as full time receptionists and maids. Please contact our staff should you wish to use the facility.

Can we take photos during the show?
Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the theater. All guests are requested to deposit all cameras, video cameras, camera phones and all recording devices at the Camera Deposit Counter at the entrance to the theater.
Is the show suitable for children?
The show is suitable for both adults and children. However, please be advised that pyro effects in some scenes may be scary to some young infants.
Can young infants be admitted into the theater?
Young infants may enter the theater at the discretion of parents.
In what language is the show?
The narration and song in the show are in English and Thai, although music is used to conduct the show for most of the performance.
I cannot understand English well. Will I be able to enjoy the show?
The show employs music as the main medium to convey its story. Very few spoken dialogues are used in the show.
Is Phuket FantaSea a circus show?
No, animals play a part in the story of the show but do not perform acts that are commonly seen in a circus.
I wish to hold a tiger cub. Is it possible?
It is possible to cuddle a tiger cub in the theater lounge. Please note that these tiger cubs are born and raised in captivity under a breeding program sponsored by Phuket FantaSea, and as such we cannot guarantee the availability.
I wish to arrange for a special Birthday surprise. Is it possible?

Can I put a special message on the cake I order?
Your cake can be customized with your message or any special request. Please contact our reservation agent.
Can I come in the afternoon (before park operating hours) for photo?
We regret daytime is exclusively reserved for park construction and maintenance works.

I wish to have a personal guide. Can that be arranged?
Due to the simple layout of our Park, most of our guests may freely enjoy themselves without the need for a tour guide. Should you prefer to have one, please contact our reservation for assistance.

Do I need to make reservation in order to purchase the Show (Show with Dinner) gift certificate?
In general, a guest is required to make a reservation before the gift certificate can be issued. If the visit date is not yet known, we recommend that a tentative date be booked and reservation be amended at a later time when visit date is confirmed. If, for some reason, a booking cannot be made, please contact us so that assistance can be provided.
