Do I need to make any advance reservation?
   
 
Yes. A reservation is highly recommended as good seats in the theatre are constantly in demand. Our seats are assigned by a computerized seat allocation system on a best available basis.
   
Why can I not choose my own seats?
   
 
To ensure that our guests are assigned the best seat possible, all reservations are queued on
a first-come-first-serve basis and seats will only be assigned by a computerized seat allocation
system on day of show.
   
What information is required when making reservation?
   
 
To make a reservation, we will require the following information.
1) Your name
2) Ticket type (Show with Buffet Dinner or Show Only)
3) No. of guests (Adult or Child)
4) Date
5) Theater Seat type (Standard or Gold)
6) Hotel name (if transportation is required)
   
Can I make reservation via email or fax?
   
 
Reservations may be made via phone, email and fax by providing us with all the required information as stated above. Alternatively, our online reservation service provides the most convenient way of making reservations and can be accessed via our website at phuket-fantaSea.com
   
Do I need to pay for the tickets when making reservation?
   
 
Payment is not required when making a reservation, except for online booking. However, tickets must be collected at least 1 hour prior to show time or the reservation is subject to cancellation. Reservations that have been fully paid in advance will not be subject to cancellation.
   
Can I change details of my reservation?
   
 
All details can be changed as long as tickets have not been issued.
   
Can I cancel my reservation?
   
  Please inform us of your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, 50% cancellation fee shall be incurred. Bank charges, if any, shall be the responsibility of the guest. No refund shall be given if guests fail to show up due to any reason (“no show”).
   
I have already reserved and paid for the tickets with my agent.
Can I call to make changes to my reservation myself?
   
 
Yes. However, before any changes can be made to a reservation, our reservationist will require the correct name and reservation code for proper verification.
