What an amazing experience!
We opted for the seafood restaurant upgrade... and as an executive chef for 30 years now, I have not EVER experienced such superb service + elegant surroundings. The quality of food, friendliness of the staff have made this the highlight of our trip.
Sadly this is one of my ticks to a bucket list but hopefully I will have the chance to bring my children back next time.
A big thank you to your Exec chef for taking time to come out + have a quick word with me at the end of our meal.... really special!!!

We enjoyed Phuket FantaSea. We really like your theme park and your service.
As we were waiting for our taxi driver to drive us back to the hotel Baan Krating we could feel your safetyness and kindness. Your staff is really very friendly and helpful to its guests. We had to wait for our private taxi driver who should have brought us back. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour and you were supposed to close the theme park. We were really glad and relieved that your taxi driver could bring us back home. He is a very good taxi driver, very friendly, open-minded and knows a lot about Phuket. Thanks to his excellent English language knowledge he could give us a lot of information and advices about Phuket and Thailand. Please say thank you very much to him again and we will recommend your service to everybody we know in our country Switzerland. Thank you for this good service!
